Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This offer is available to new customers only. A “new customer” is defined as a user or organisation that has not previously created an account, subscription, or trial with Weave + Blend Limited (including any of its products or services).
2. One-Time Use
The coupon code may be used once per customer (or organisation). Multiple uses, including via separate accounts created for the same individual or organisation, are not permitted.
3. Validity Period
The coupon code must be applied at the time of initial subscription and is valid only within the promotional period stated. Codes applied after expiry will not be honoured.
4. Discount Scope
The coupon code applies only to the subscription fees explicitly stated in the offer. It does not apply to:
Add-ons, overage charges, or usage-based fees
Third-party costs (e.g. payment processing fees)
Taxes (including VAT)
5. Non-Retroactive
The coupon code cannot be applied to existing subscriptions, renewals, or invoices issued prior to the application of the code.
6. No Cash Value
The coupon code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Non-Transferable
Coupon codes are non-transferable and may not be resold, distributed, or published without prior written consent.
8. Abuse and Fair Use
We reserve the right to withhold or revoke the discount where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent these terms (including creating multiple accounts or using false details).
9. Changes and Withdrawal
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
10. General Terms Apply
All use of the service remains subject to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
