Invoice Stack is the most powerful invoicing app available for HubSpot, and we have lots of market-leading features such as:

Invoice Stack and XSync aren't identical, so you may find a few differences. The biggest is that Invoice Stack only works on invoicing from Deals, not Contacts or Companies, so you must have a deal in order to create invoices. There also may be minor features that aren’t present, for example we don’t yet support choosing Branding Categories, but we’re open to user requests so do shout if this is something that’s important to you.

 

Whilst we have tried to make the Starter plan features and limits match, there may be features that are only available on our Pro plan.

We can import past Xero Invoices into Invoice Stack, but they will need to be linked to a HubSpot deal. If you can supply a .csv file with Deal ID and Invoice Number, then let our team know and we'll get it sorted for you.
