Keep track of payment status
Payment statuses, including overdue invoices, are synced right into HubSpot. Meaning you can set up workflows automation and reports based on payments inside HubSpot.
When payments are made - the transaction is logged directly into your Accounting Platform - marking the invoice as paid. We'll even log the payment to your chosen account, where you can reconcile payments as normal.

When sending invoices - we will include a link to a branded payment portal using the same styling as your email templates.
This will list all current, past and future invoices for your customer on the current deal, with the ability to see details and download PDF copies.
Customers will be able to pay right away using your connected payment processor - all with a seamless user experience.
