Firstly, thanks for your interest in Invoice Stack - we're a small team so would really appreciate any feedback you have for us on your experience, please let us know at support@invoicestack.co
Can I restart my subscription?
If your subscription has lapsed, e.g. due to billing problems, then don't worry, it's easy to reactivate Invoice Stack, just head to your dashboard and click the "Subscription" menu item. You can start a new subscription right away. If you're on an Enterprise plan or had additional items on your subscription - just reach out to the support team and they will get you up and running again.
What happens to my data?
When your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to create new invoices and Invoice Stack will stop updating your deal properties with new information. This may affect any workflows or automations you have set up. All the data already in your deal properties will remain untouched, and no changes will be made to your accounting platform.
Find out more about data storage on our security overview page.
Disconnecting HubSpot
Simply navigate to your Invoice Stack dashboard, and choose "HubSpot" in the menu - or you can use this link to take you there. If you don't have access to the dashboard, just reach out to support.
Then you'll see your HubSpot account listed - just click the "Disconnect" link. If you see a button saying "Start Connecting" - this means you have no active connections to HubSpot.

If you are on a paid plan and would like to cancel your subscription, make sure you head to the Subscription section to cancel there. Disconnecting HubSpot will not automatically cancel your subscription.
Disconnecting Xero or QuickBooks
Simply navigate to your Invoice Stack dashboard, and choose "Accounting" in the menu - or you can use this link to take you there. If you don't have access to the dashboard, just reach out to support.
Then you'll see your Xero and QuickBooks accounts listed - just click the "Disconnect" link. If you see a button saying "Reconnect", or you don't have anything listed on the page, then you have no active connections.
